Beethoven: Twelve Scottish and Irish Songs (Richard Dyer-Bennet, tenor and instrumentalist; Dyer-Bennet Records). These rarely recorded songs are the fruits of a collaboration between Beethoven and a Scottish office clerk named George Thomson, who made a hobby of collecting folk music.
