Arrangements have now been completed with the railroad officials in reregard to the observation train at the Yale-Harvard boat race. In all twenty-two cars have been reserved for Yale and Harvard-the thirteen remaining cars in the train having been bespoken before the colleges made arrangements with the railroads-eleven for Harvard and eleven for Yale.
