Yesterday afternoon Major Fred W. Moore '93, graduate treasurer of the H. A. A., Coach Martin of the track team, and assistant, track manager A. C. Bickford '24 confered with Mr. J. E. Downey, headmaster of Commerce High, about scholastic track meets to be held at Soldiers Field.
