Last week there were raids on ports (Dover, Portland, Southampton, Glasgow, Billingham, Newcastle), on Lancashire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, Berkshire, Sussex, Surrey and the industrial Midlands-places which have been bombed since early August.
