We were never on such a blacklist. The facts are that for a few years we owned a company that did a relatively small (about 5% of the market) business selling oil in Israel. Problems of foreign exchange and competition from the government-owned oil-marketing company in Israel made the operation unattractive from a purely commercial standpoint...
