...Freshman crew took a short row up-stream yesterday afternoon, coached by R. F. Blake '99 and H. Bancroft '97, and showed some improvement over the work of last week. Although some of the men still have a tendency to wash out at the finish, the leg drive is stronger and the whole crew seems to have more life.
