They'll be seeking $350 million from Congress and private sources to finance another Partnership anti-drug media blitz. That fits nicely with the White House's 1998 anti-drug strategy, which, coincidentally, also calls for a $350 million anti-drug advertising campaign, as long as private sources provide half the money.
