Songwriter Lee Morris, 49, of Surfside, Fla., whose titles include Blue Velvet and Thirsty for Your Kisses, has been moved to write the Ballad of Spiro Agnew.* The song is scheduled to be recorded on the Impudent Parasite label by Morris, who will be accompanied by a group called the Effete Snobs.
