From what I understand this year, I am now expected to wait in line to get access to a miniscule number of Undergraduate Council-approved kegs served in the bog of the stadium parking lot like some kind of alcoholic refugee. ...reports that promise an easy solution to a complex problem need to be taken with a degree of skepticism, and Winning the Oil Endgame is no exception.
