Today marks the beginning of "Liberty Bond Week" for the University, in which the committee of eight captains already appointed and teams of five men under each will begin their work. Their aim will be to carry on a publicity campaign by means of banners and streamers and to thoroughly canvass the University to solicit subscriptions to the new government loan.
