...Austin Fire Department received a call from neighbors on Dapplegrey Lane, a quiet street about six miles north of the office park. A home there was completely engulfed in flames, according to neighbors. The home belonged to Joseph Andrew Stack III, a software engineer. Even in China, autocratic state capitalism has an uncertain future. The story of Asia's economic boom tells us that democracies tend to follow wealth.
