The Yugoslav War Crimes Tribunal, formed by the U.N. a year ago, issued a warrant today against Dragan Nikolic, who is accused of killing eight Muslim prisoners. He is also charged with torture, plunder and the illegal imprisonment of 500 Bosnian Muslims after Serbs overran the Bosnian city of Vlasenica in April1992. ...Bosnian hijacker today commandeered a Scandinavian plane with 129 passengers aboard before surrendering at day's end to Oslo police. He demanded that supply lines to Muslim areas in his troubled homeland be opened tohumanitarian aid. The hijacker took control of a Scandinavian Airlines System flight Thursday afternoon as it flew between the Norwegian towns of Bardufoss and Bodo.
