Application blanks may be obtained at Leavitt & Peirce's, Amee's, the Co-operative, the Athletic Office, and Wright & Ditson's in Boston. Candidates who take the examinations must pay the supervising examiner a fee of $5 to meet the local expenses of examination and selection.
