...classes in gymnastics began at the gymnasium yesterday. About a dozen men appeared at twelve o'clock for exercise on the flying rings and parallel bars. Mr. Bowler, who had charge of them, thinks that some very good performers may be developed for the winter meeting, in spite of the fact that almost all of the men were new at the work.
