Usage:

During the warm weather those who take their meals at Memorial Hall are likely at times to get food which is not entirely palatable to them. I hope any such will not fail to notify me by complaints put in the box for that purpose in the hall. I do not very often give personal answers to the complaints but invariably look into the merits of all communications addressed to me.
