First suggested by Crown Prince Fahd last August, the proposal reiterates Arab demands for a Palestinian state but implies Arab recognition of Israel's right to exist (see box). Warner Amex and Home Box Office, a subsidiary of Time Inc., plunked down $ 13.7 million and $ 12.5 million respectively for two of the transponders. Today I will see The Game for the last time as a student. My dad won't be there this time, which is just as well, because I couldn't get him into the press box even if he were.
