...Boyer '16, of Gwynedd Valley, Pa., has been appointed by Captain Abeles of the University crew as temporary captain of the Freshman crew. Boyer was captain of the school crew at Groton last year, but was forced to resign on account of sickness. Seven Freshman crews went on the river yesterday afternoon, and the practice on the whole was very successful.
