Drug Money It seems to me useless for the U.S. to pour millions of dollars into Mexico's fight against narcos when the U.S. is the largest cocaine consumer in the world [Aug. 25]. Why doesn't it use that money to create programs for people to break the habit, or create programs like those in some European countries of legalizing and controlling consumption?
