Spring football practice has not been taken seriously by many men in the University who are of first squad calibre, and as a result Captain Brickley and Coach Haughton have found it necessary to issue a second and a third call for candidates. A man who reports for spring practice has an obvious advantage over one who waits till fall to report. If he is a new man, he can attract the attention of the coach and captain by his work; if he is a veteran he can keep himself in trim. A spring squad of less than fifty promises...
