Last Saturday the University association football team was defeated by Haverford on Soldiers Field by the score of 1 to 0. During the first half neither side had the advantage, and it was due to the brilliant work of the Haverford forwards rather than to any weakness in the Harvard defense that Morris finally scored at the end of the second half.
