Aachen's moppets flocked back to the first German school reopened by the Allied Military Government. Belgium's Minister of Education Auguste Buisseret took the occasion to make a few remarks on the educational system from which they had recently been liberated. His remarks were a grudging tribute to the effectiveness of Nazi teaching methods. A considerable number of Belgian youngsters, said M.
