...last year's crew, Goodrich, Ames and Jennings are with the 'varsity squad; Cabot and Hurley are coming out later and Captain Bull is coaching. Rice is the only one of last year's crew now rowing with the squad. Their work consists of about 350 strokes on the rowing machines, and 20 minutes on the chest weights, followed by a 3 mile run.
