The next year he came to Harvard where he was given a Ph.D. in 1923, for which he wrote a thesis entitled "Classical Themes in English Non-Dramatic Literature of the Sixteenth Century". Within the year Professor Bush will publish a volume continuing this subject down to contemporary poetry...
