Dick Izzard, former cadet captain, writes: "Been here a week now and am sfinally getting used to the meticulous uniformity and regimentation demanded. Every minute of the day is accounted for. It's up at 6:15 and to bed at 9:30 P.M.--that is, the lights go out then, Bed-check is at 11:00 P.M. Our equipment--bunks, pack, shoes, etc.--have to be placed just so within a quarter of an ich. Always cleaning up for some inspection or something. Calisthenics every morning. Classes from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00P.M. every day with study hours...
