Usage:

Many men are not keeping the hours assigned for practice in the cage. This is particularly noticeable in the 3.15 and 4 o'clock squads. Every one must report regularly on time or give reasons for not doing so, otherwise he will be dropped. If there are any who wish to come out for the teams who have not handed in their names, they must report at the cage immediately.
