Yesterday afternoon about forty men responded to Captain Rand's call for candidates, and from this number two nines were picked to play against each other. All of the old men of last year's nine were out, with the exception of Dean, Paine, Scannell and Beale, who have graduated, and Haughton, who is playing with the football team.
