Professor Irving Fisher of Yale in a. recent speech at East Liverpool, 0., recounted a conversation with the late President Harding during the political campaign of 1920. As a result certain newspapers and a few politicians heaped contumely on the head of Professor Fisher, accusing him of maligning the name of the late President.
