Plans for the millennium festivities include a nostalgic coastal voyage aboard a precise reproduction of a turn-of-the-century steamship. Says Sheryl Ozinksy, spokeswoman for Captour, Cape Town's tourist organization: "We want people to be telling their grandchildren they were in Cape Town for New Year 2000."
