C., April 23.--A message from Captain Cordier and Captain Bjornstadt this evening stated that the outlook for the establishment of a camp at Harvard for the training of officers for the Reserve Officers' Corps was favorable. William Brackett Snow, Jr., '18, of Stoneham, has been elected captain of the University wrestling team for the season of 1917-18. Snow also captained this year's team.
