DIED. Jack Oakie, 74, wisecracking comedian best known for his parody of Mussolini in Chaplin's The Great Dictator; of complications of an aortic aneurysm; in Los Angeles. Abandoning a Wall Street career, Oakie joined the chorus of George M.
