Usage:

Stingarce (RKO-Radio) is an Australian bandit (Richard Dix) of the 1870's, named after a barb-tailed fish difficult to catch. A whimsical rogue who gallops about on a white charger, he kidnaps a composer (Conway Tearle), later an orphan named Hilda Bouverie (Irene Dunne) who falls in love with him. The bandit arranges for the composer to hear the girl sing, goes to jail while she prepares to become a great diva. Stately Miss Dunne succeeds as convincingly as do most cinematic songsters, but inevitably she is drawn back to Australia...

Commendably lacking in plot, Frank Buck's Wild Cargo" does a good job in transmitting to the screen the series of adventures involved in rounding up the big game catch of a jungle expedition. Despite the fact that the spontaneous reality of some of the scenes may be questioned, this film maintains a sustained interest until the end for the person who is admittedly a wild animal fan. Last March, when 94 beavers imported into beaverless Pennsylvania had become a timber-destroying, field-flooding horde of 15,000, the State opened its first beaver trapping season in 31 years (TIME, March 12). By last week game officials had finished counting up results. Total catch was 6,408. At an average of $10 per pelt, they brought trappers some $60,000.
