...CPOA are the other side of the CCA coin--they draw their support from parts of the city not dissected by Brattle St., and from people who collect rent, not pay it. Virulently anti-rent control, with almost a messianic attachment to condominiums, the CHT leaders a few weeks ago endorsed a slate of candidates all their own.
