There's a rumor going around the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences that only two department chairmen have responded to Dean Rosovsky's milestone report on the state and future of graduate education at the University. Although the Dean issued the report about two years ago, this lack of Faculty feedback to Rosovsky's call for immediate community discussion isn't surprising.
