Three former University tennis players have been placed among the first ten according to the official ranking of the National Lawn Tennis Association. The honor of first place is given to R. N. Williams, 2d, '16, national champion, who won the Acheles Cup at Seabright and defeated Johnston, Church and Griffin during the season. W.M. There is a good opportunity for new men to make the team this year, as only three of last year's regulars are left. They are W. B. Snow '18, captain and most promising man in the heavyweight class; S. Davidson '17, the champion of the University in the 125-pound class, and R. B. Miller '18, who last year represented the team in the 135-pound class.
