Yesterday afternoon, the second of the games for the class championship was played with '87 and '89 as the contestants. '89 put a new man in the box who proved a failure. '87 speedily "caught on" to his delivery and batted out sixteen runs in the three innings which he pitched. In the third innings by ten hits well bunched and by five errors of '89, '87 made 12 runs.
