Representations from seven schools in Connecticut met in New Haven on Saturday to form an Interscholastic Football Association. The seven teams will be divided into two divisions called the Northern and Southern divisions, the championship to be decided by the winning teams of each division. A constitution and set of by-laws were adopted and it was voted to play under the inter-collegiate rules.
