...championship round of the University singles tournament held Saturday, R. N. Williams '16 defeated J. Wooldredge '16 in straight heats, 6-2, 7-5, 6-3. The playing was made hard by windy weather and much dust. The final match in the College doubles tournament will be played between E. B. Starbuck '14 and K. W. Snyder '14 vs. R. Z. Crane '17 and G. E. Gale '17 at Jarvis Field this afternoon at 3 o'clock. The winners will play the best team on the University squad for the College championship...
...semi-final round of the tennis tournament for the college championship in singles yesterday, D. C. Josephs '15 beat D. B. Buffum '14, 6-3, 3-6, 6-4, and J. Wooldredge '16 beat R.
