This is it--the big time. Today as Harvard (7-3-2, 4-0-1 Ivy) faces Dartmouth, the defending Ivy League champions, it begins the quest for the Ivy League title.
They beat Boston College, the 1993 National Champions, 44-0.
Few fans know that Harvard in its heyday was a veritable football powerhouse, winning national championships in 1890, 1910, 1912 and 1913. Harvard gridders were Rose Bowl champions in 1919.
