Professor I. L. Winter '86, of the Department of Public Speaking, will give a reading from "A Christmas Carol," by Dickens, in Appleton Chapel this evening at 8 o'clock. In connection with the reading, a musical program has been arranged by W. A. Locke '69, organist and choirmaster. Old English and German, as well as Christmas carols will be sung by the student choir. H. L. Murphy '08 will assist in the program as soloist, and Dean W. W. Fenn '84 will make a brief address.
