Judge Harvey H. Baker, of the Suffolk County Court, and Rev. J. W. F. Barnes, Chaplain of the Massachusetts State Prison in Charlestown, will be the speakers at the first conference of the Social Service Committee, to be held this evening at 8 o'clock in the Parlor of Phillips Brooks House. Bishop Ingram was born in Worcestershire, England, in 1858, and was educated at Marlborough College and at Keble College, Oxford, being graduated from the latter in 1881.
