...University second hockey team yesterday defeated the Brookline High School sextet at the Charlesbank rinks, by a score of 2 to 1, in an informal contest. The Crimson scrubs were handicapped by the absence of seperal regulars due to examinations, but were able to overcome the brilliant work on the part of the schoolboys by unsustained but excellent individual playing. Peirson, at right wing, was the first to show good shooting, scoring on a sharp shot from the right lane after having taken the puck all alone from behind his own goal.
