Last year an emissary of ex-King Zog of the Albanians approached Mr. Gade with the object of installing the King in the chateau. It was suggested to Mr. Gade that in lieu of rent he would be decorated with the Albanian Order of Skanderbeg. Mr. Gade just wanted his rent.
