...Harvard Union held its second debate at Sever Hall last evening on the question, "Resolved, that the safety of the country calls for additional restrictions upon immigration." On the affirmative Messes. Chenowith '88, and Heseltine, '88, were the principal disputants against Messrs. Shoemaker, '89, and Proctor, '89, on the negative.
