Revised western football rules, prepared by Professors A. A. Stagg of Chicago University and A. P. Everett of the University of Illinois, were sent out after a final conference Tuesday. The rules must be now submitted to the seven universities which united in appointing the committee. Alterations in the rules are less sweeping than many expected.
