Colonel Francis W. Parker will give the last of the lectures before the Educational Conference this evening at 8 o'clock in Sever 17. Colonel Parker is one of the leading educationalists of the country and has just been appointed head of the Chicago Institute, a college recently founded by Mrs. Emmons Blaine for the training of teachers.
