Service to the University is the criterion by which the election should be guided. Service, of course, can take many forms, but is always the greatest devotion to the ideals for which Harvard stands. The officers should be chosen not because of what they have done, but the way they have done it; not solely for the number of prominent positions won, but for the qualities of leadership and character which have won them and which go to make the men fit representatives of the class now and a half a century from...
...past Harvard teams. The men of the Gun Club will be the guests of the Kennel Club for lunch, as the match will be held in the early afternoon. At the present time the team of five men has not been selected, but it will, in all probability, be chosen from the following men: B. M. Baruch '23, R. Fiske '20, R. D. Hale '23, F. L. Hoopes Occ., W. D. H. Huttig '21, Carl Mueller '20, George Perry '22, J. G. Remick '21, Arthur Rotch '21, and R. S. Whitney...

This year the club has chosen two plays, Lord Dunsany's one-act comedy, "Fame and the Poet," and Holberg's "Erasmus Montanus," a comedy translated from the Danish by the late Frederick Schenk '09 and O. J. Campbell. Both plays will be given at each performance...
...them, they will begin their work with the music-makers of the younger generation. They might easily prevail in this community were the programs of the Harvard Glee Club given over to the modern equivalents of "Upidee." It is entirely reassuring, therefore, to see the selections that have been chosen for the first concert--and to know that Dr. Davison, who practices good music as effectively as he preaches it, is to conduct them all. Lovers of the best choral music well sung will not let themselves miss these concerts. M. A. DEWOLFE HOWE...
