Massachusetts Institute of Technology has been chosen as a tentative opponent for the University's intercollegiate boxing debut in a match to be held March 26 in Hemenway gymnasium. Although boxing as yet is not recognized as an organized sport in the University, the activity of the athletic authorities in attempting to secure this match points to the future organization of the fistic art as a minor sport.
