Saturday is Memorial Day and every Harvard man should make a point of attending the Memorial exercises in Sanders Theatre, thus honoring the memory of the Harvard men who died in the Civil and Spanish Wars. There are in the city of Manila today more than 500 Americans acting as clerks and stenographers in civil and commercial life. In great measure the efficiency of American occupancy depends upon these young men. There are no opportunities in the city for healthy relaxation, amusement and exercise.
