...last time the Harvard Eleven went to Philadelphia, two years ago, they won the intercollegiate championship. This year the chances are still better. The batting is better on the whole, and there is less reliance on a few stars. Clark, Comfort and Lippincott are probably the best batters, although the latter has not been doing as well this year as usual. Wells and Hastings have been showing up well, also.
