Though it requires the stamina of soccer, Ultimate Frisbee is in many ways a spoof of big-time sports. Most of the schools with teams are far from athletic superpowers-Tufts, Hampshire, Rutgers, Holy Cross, Clark University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
